When you have a maintenance need call Cathy Love, our maintenance coordinator at extension 291 or 372-6291. She’ll be happy to start a work order for you and follow the process till your work is complete.
For after-hours emergency issues please again call extension 200 or 372-6200. After hours this extension is forwarded to other clerks’ desks at Grace Village who are available 24/7. They can radio maintenance in an emergency. Otherwise leave Cathy a message and she’ll get back with you promptly when she returns.
